Vanessa Lua

Originally from Mexico, Vanessa thinks taking improv comedy classes was the hardest thing she has done in the US until she had to write her bio in English! As an actor, Vanessa has appeared in several Indy films as a maid, illegal Mexican, drunk and prostitute. She is also a photorgapher, best known for her Red Carpet pictures and actor headshots. She is the founder of www.whatthehelldidshesay.com where she interviews celebrities with her PINK iPhone.  Vanessa has a degree in Industrial Engineering. She is also a pastry chef addicted to cupcakes, but hates to cook. She’s a storyteller. She is loud and she can’t be quiet. She is currently directing and producing her first documentary about improv comedy. Vanessa graduated from the Dallas Comedy House and she is currently taking classes at Four Day Weekend. Additionally, she has studied under David Razowsky, Leslie Collins, Molly Erdman, Cody Dearing, and Landon Kirksey. She wants to thank all of the improvisers that have inspired her during her journey and to all her fans for their support. If you’re asking yourself “what the hell did she say?” then her goal was accomplished.
